Ivan has held leadership positions in Finance and Operations for over 20 years, with companies such as Solar Junction, THX (LucasFilm), Creative Labs and Verifone. He is supported by a team of accounting and finance professionals available to scale from small, project-based assignments, up to ongoing operational support. Ivan has an MBA in Corporate Finance from Golden Gate University.
Accounting Manager & Team Leader
Leslie has over 15 years of experience in accounting. Her experience includes controller and accountant positions with Clear Channel Entertainment, Dolby Labs and Agnity. Leslie manages IKF’s team of staff accountants, bringing expertise across the full spectrum of accounting functions, including payables, receivables, payroll, and compliance filings.
Accounting Manager
Edward brings proven experience in accounting and internal audit functions with his background in Philippine-based banks. Prior to joining IKF Consulting, he handled senior accounting and compliance functions in multinational companies, spanning technology industries such as Point of Sale manufacturing and services, telecom software and an office/virtual space provider. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Saint Louis University in the Philippines.
Staff Accountant
Rey’s background includes experience in accounting, auditing and internal controls. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Saint Paul University in the Philippines. In his previous role with the Bank of Commerce, he tested internal controls and recommended changes to ensure compliance. He has also assisted in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliation. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Director of Marketing
Ann’s background includes experience helping companies develop and execute growth strategies. She brings in-depth knowledge of product management, product marketing and corporate marketing. From 2005 to 2016 she headed up the Product team for Wells Fargo’s merchant acquiring business. In addition to her work with IKF Consulting, she manages Marketing for Recruitology. She has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
IKF Consulting – CFO Services is a rapidly growing regional operational Accounting firm, and we are seeking a Controller-level Accountant.
The position provides services to client engagements throughout multiple industries, as well as an opportunity to help our clients onsite. You will be their strategist and report directly to the CFO or CEO and/or Board of Directors while working independently for the firm.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Execute and/or coordinate general accounting and related activities
• Produce the monthly financial statements respecting deadlines established by management
• Ensure sound management of company assets by creating checks and balances on all financial data
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual budget and cash flow projections
• Assist with the process of establishing and monitoring the annual budget
• Execute financial analysis, develop appropriate remedial recommendations and report to management
• Rigorously manage cash, accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable
• Management of all bookkeeping and make sure the accounting system properly reflects the company’s situation
• Assist in the management of all the company’s fiscal and government conformity related responsibilities
• Look for ways to create efficiencies for the clients as we continue to add value
• Prepare the annual audit file of the company
• Maintain good relationships with representatives of our external financial partners
• Support role with regards to tax files and research
• Manage local and off shore accounting staff effectively by prioritizing workload and deliverables.

The candidate must possess the ability to engage others and to work collaboratively with all departments across the company. They must also have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a strong commitment to achieving the goals of the department and the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher
• 5-12 years of progressive career experience including management of accounting team
• CPA highly preferred
• Public accounting (Audit) experience preferred
